DTRIP4H at MICCAI 2025 in Daejeon, Korea
September 23-27, 2025
This autumn, on September 23–27, 2025, our project partner INRIA (National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology) presented the DTRIP4H project at the 28th International Conference on Medical Image Computing and Computer Assisted Intervention (MICCAI) in Daejeon, Republic of Korea.
MICCAI is one of the world’s leading conferences in medical image analysis, artificial intelligence in healthcare, and computer-assisted interventions. It brings together researchers, clinicians, and industry experts to present cutting-edge advances in medical imaging, machine learning, and digital health technologies.
During the conference, Sergen Cansiz (INRIA) delivered a presentation focused on Fed-BioMed, an open-source federated learning platform designed for secure, decentralized AI in healthcare. He explained how Fed-BioMed will be used within DTRIP4H to enable privacy-preserving collaborative learning across healthcare infrastructures, supporting the development of advanced digital twin solutions for health research.
