On 25 June 2026, the DTRIP4H project participated in the EU Pitch Lounge at Immersive Tech Week in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The event brought together European XR projects, researchers, industry representatives, and innovators to showcase cutting-edge developments in immersive technologies and foster new collaborations.

Representing the project were Pirjo Spuul, Project Coordinator from Tallinn University of Technology, and Santeri Saarinen from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Together, they presented DTRIP4H during the "Life-saving Technology in High-risk Environments" session, highlighting the project's vision and its role in advancing the use of immersive technologies for healthcare education and training.

The EU Pitch Lounge, hosted within the Summer Opportunity Lounge, offered a platform for EU-funded projects to share their work, exchange ideas, and connect with stakeholders from across the immersive technology ecosystem. The session encouraged dialogue on how XR solutions can address real-world challenges and accelerate innovation across sectors.

Participation in Immersive Tech Week provided DTRIP4H with an excellent opportunity to increase the project's visibility, engage with the European XR community, and explore future collaboration opportunities with researchers, technology developers, and industry partners.
