Use Case 3 Activities Presented at the ERA-ENVHEALTH Open Conference 2026

October 13, 2026

DTRIP4H project activities were showcased at the international ERA-ENVHEALTH Open Conference 2026, “One Health for Sustainable Cities,” held on 13 October 2026 in Berlin and online.

The conference, organised by the German Environment Agency (UBA), brought together researchers, policymakers, and environmental health experts to exchange knowledge and discuss approaches to building healthier, greener, and more sustainable urban environments.

As part of the conference programme, Ondřej Mikeš and Simona Šatková from RECETOX, Masaryk University, delivered an invited online presentation focusing on the use of an urban sensor network in Brno, Czech Republic.

The presentation highlighted work related to DTRIP4H Use Case 3 (UC3), demonstrating how urban sensor networks can support air quality monitoring, environmental exposure modelling, and the assessment of potential health risks.

Participation in the conference provided an opportunity to disseminate the ongoing work of DTRIP4H UC3, raise awareness of the project's activities among the international research community, and contribute to knowledge exchange on innovative approaches to environmental monitoring and public health.
